Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager on 188jl.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The platform is intended for use by residents and legal users within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 188jl is lawful in your jurisdiction. 188jl accepts no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use is unlawful.
3.3 Identity Verification. 188jl reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. This may include government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe stipulated by 188jl may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.4 By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to use online gaming services in the Philippines, and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 188jl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 188jl login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. 188jl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
4.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
4.4 Account Security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 188jl support immediately via the contact details provided on this website. 188jl may temporarily suspend your account while investigating a security concern.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 188jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. Payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification status of the account. 188jl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
5.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your 188jl account must originate from a payment source of which you are the verified legal owner. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from illegitimate sources will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
5.6 Withdrawal to Deposit Method. 188jl applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible, subject to the limits of that payment provider.
6.1 188jl may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional offers at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. 188jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably concludes that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of promotional offers.
6.4 188jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on 188jl are provided by certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes for Random Number Generator (RNG) games are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical dealing processes conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments.
7.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures based on certified game mathematics and represent the expected long-term average return across a large volume of wagers. Individual session outcomes will vary.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 188jl will resolve the affected wager in accordance with the game provider's documented malfunction policy. 188jl's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Wagers cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify wager amounts and selections prior to confirmation.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 188jl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

10.1 188jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, regulatory direction, or conduct harmful to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Upon lawful account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds and winnings subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
10.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 188jl support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or pending withdrawals at the time of the request.
11.1 All content on the 188jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade names — is the property of 188jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including without limitation losses arising from: platform downtime, technical errors, third-party service failures, or any act or omission by a game provider.
12.2 188jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 188jl processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at https://188jl.co/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 188jl may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
14.1 188jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 188jl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via platform notification or email. 14.2 If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the 188jl platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 188jl support to seek resolution of any dispute informally. 188jl is committed to responding to Player complaints within a reasonable timeframe and resolving disputes fairly and transparently.
